Clients may request cancellation before work begins. Once a project has commenced, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work completed, resources allocated and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

Payments made for custom services including:

  • Custom Web & Mobile Applications

are generally non-refundable once the project work has started.

4. Subscription Services

Monthly or annual subscriptions for CRM, SaaS platforms, maintenance plans or cloud-based services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required under applicable law.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Charges for services including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads / PPC Campaigns
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Graphic Design & Creative Services

are non-refundable once the agreed work has commenced.

6. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Payments made towards:

  • Domain Registration
  • SSL Certificates
  • Web Hosting
  • Cloud Services
  • Software Licences
  • Third-Party Products & Integrations

are non-refundable as these services are governed by the respective third-party providers.

7. Eligibility for Refunds

Where a refund is approved by Nexmove Solutions, it will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Completed project milestones.
  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Delays caused by the client.
  • Failure to provide required information, content or approvals.
  • Completed consultations or professional services.
